Summary
CBD strongly inhibits CYP2C9, the primary enzyme metabolizing S-warfarin. Can increase INR 2-3x with published case reports of bleeding. This is a high-risk combination. Discuss with your prescriber or pharmacist before combining without close INR monitoring.
