Summary

Dyglomera reduced systolic blood pressure by 9.4% in metabolic syndrome patients over 16 weeks (Kuate 2013, n=297). Lisinopril is an ACE inhibitor that lowers blood pressure. Combining may produce additive hypotensive effects. Monitor blood pressure and discuss with prescriber.
