Summary

CQR-300 increased plasma serotonin by 115% in an 8-week trial (Kuate 2015, n=61). Duloxetine inhibits both serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake. Combining may produce additive serotonergic effects. Discuss with prescriber before combining.
